Cheers Porthouse Hotel Istanbul

The location of the hotel was perfect, just down the hill from Galata Tower and near the Galata bridge. It was also convenient to access public transportation, with a tram station at Zeytinburnu nearby. The rooms were nicely decorated and the bathroom facilities were great. The staff was friendly and helpful, speaking English. The breakfast offered a variety of options, including bread, butter, cheese, jam.

There were some reports of thin walls in the hotel, which could lead to noise disturbances from other guests.

The service and hospitality of the staff members was really good! The location was perfect, within walking distance to all the main attractions. The rooms were beautifully designed and had a lot of attention to detail. Plus, the breakfast served every morning was delicious and satisfying.

Excellent location, central with view of Galata Tower. Plenty of cute cafes and restaurants nearby. Helpful staff, clean rooms with daily cleaning service. Good breakfast options and free wifi. No elevator, but staff offers luggage assistance.

The beds were comfortable with very good mattresses. We stayed in a family room for 5 and it seemed like a separate corridor with two separate rooms, a separate shower, and a separate toilet. The location was perfect, within walking distance to all major sites. Breakfast every day at different places prepared us for the rest of the day. I highly recommend Cheers Porthouse.

I had a fantastic stay in this hotel in a beautifully decorated cozy bedroom. The shared bathroom and toilet were clean, and I never had to wait long as there were only two bedrooms sharing it. The hotel has a great location in a trendy area, close to the Galata tower and a short walk away from the Galata bridge. It is also easily accessible by tram, with the Tophane and Karakoy tram stations nearby. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, and the breakfast provided was basic but satisfying. a great choice if you're looking for a comfortable stay in a convenient location.
